Our goal is to make sure that you are totally satisfied with the purchase you made. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can change it within thirty (20) days, counting from the date that appears on the purchase invoice.
To exercise the right to change the products must meet the following requirements: They must not have been used, washed or damaged. They must retain the original label.
For changes or returns due to manufacturing defect, make your return within a period not exceeding three (5)
days after you receive the purchase. There will be no extensions and the product will be returned to you.
Contact us and we will send you the steps to make your return or exchange successfully.
The cost of shipping returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer.
The promotional items have no change.
